The Wombat is the only animal known to make cube-shaped poop. In the last meter of its intestine, two stiff muscle bands contract unevenly to mold the feces into cubes. Cubes don't roll, so wombats stack them on rocks to mark territory. The discovery won a 2019 Ig Nobel Prize.
